that this policy only applies to consumer electronics products of HAYLOU,
including data cards, computer applications, tools, software, websites and
services that display or mention this policy.
This policy
explains how HAYLOU handles your personal and private data, and affirms
HAYLOU's commitment to protecting privacy. We recommend that you read this
policy to fully understand the privacy policy of HAYLOU specific products or services.
Note: Service functionality may vary due to
system versions. Some of the following services may not be supported on certain
models. Please check your settings for details. Only rules relating to the
services made available to you, such as information collection and use, will
apply. For example, if the system version of your device doesn’t support NFC,
you will not be able to activate the NFC function with your wearable smart
device, and we will not collect your information and data.
1. Types
of personal data we collect
1.1 The
personal data we collect
Account
service:
When using
the account registration and login functions, the APP will collect the user's email
account, password and registration verification code, and country
code.
Basic
Information:
After successful
registration, the user needs to actively improve the account information, so as
to improve the calculation of health data, such as calories, through the user's
physical information. The main collected information is: user name, avatar,
gender, height, weight, and user information can also be modified after
entering the app.
Activate
paired device:
When pairing
a device, the App obtains device information associated with the user account.
The main collected information includes: device unique identifier (SN code and
MAC address),Device serial number, unique identifier generated when registering
an account, user ID, and location information. Among them, due to the mechanism
of the Android system, location information and Bluetooth permissions
must be obtained to complete the pairing of Bluetooth devices.
Health
Exercise Information:
Health
information: Display the health information of the device, the main information
includes: heart rate data, blood oxygen, pressure, activity reminders;

information: Realize exercise data recording, the main information includes: exercise
duration, exercise consumption, exercise times, exercise distance,
speed, pace, number of steps, exercise type, exercise track (GPS);
Sleep
information: Provide users with sleep data to view, the main information
includes: total sleep time, deep water time, light sleep time, awake time,

Health Information: Record your menstrual period by recording the length of

Connectable
Device Features and Services
Device
information acquisition and display: By acquiring device information, the
information is displayed on the mobile app and used to identify the source of
sports health data. The main information includes: SN code, Bluetooth MAC
address, device name, device type, device model, and battery level.
Message
notification function: Get the phone's notification bar data (may include text
messages), installed applications (Android only).
Weather
service: Obtain location information through mobile phones, pull weather
information and synchronize it to wearable devices for display.
Check device
firmware version upgrade and update: Health will regularly upload the unique
identifier of the bound device to check whether the current device has a
version update. The main information includes: wearable device unique
identifier SN code, MAC address.
Experience
feedback:
The user
actively submits the suggestion type, email address/mobile phone number,
device information, mobile phone operating system version and mobile phone
brand and model, and the user actively fills in the content.
Other:
Regarding
APP self-start and associated start, this setting is necessary to achieve the
function of message notification and call alert, it is necessary to always
ensure that the software is running in the background to ensure that the phone
can receive messages at any time, in order to avoid the application being
killed after retreating to the background, which leads to the disconnection
between the application and the wearable device affecting the normal use of the
function and the protection measures taken, so the software needs to send
through the Android system Broadcast to wake up the APP app for self launch or
associated launch, which is necessary to achieve the product function or
service. You can also turn this off in the settings section of your phone.

permission call
In providing
services, Haylou Fun may request certain device permissions from you. The
following are the permissions we may call and their corresponding function
descriptions and purposes.

Bluetooth permission: In order to connect and bind your smart wearable device,
and support functions such as message synchronization.

Networking permission: In order to judge the network environment you are in,
and use some functions that require networking.

Location permissions: In order to provide location-based services, such as the
recording and display of motion data and motion trajectories.

Storage permissions: In order to store local data, provide application service
functions and meet content storage requirements.

Telephone permissions: In order to access your device identification code,
obtain mobile phone-related attribute information, identify device and function
adaptation; and provide telephone communication functions.

Camera permission: When you choose to use the avatar, watch face photo
function, and scan to connect the device, you need to call the camera permission
to identify the image.

caller number and contact name to the wearable device for display when using

2. How
will we use your personal data
2.1 Account
login:
In order to
manage Haylou Fun data, we complete the account registration and login
functions based on the account service. Before using the account, please make
sure that you read the handling of the personal information collection, use,
and sharing of the corresponding account. After logging in, we need to use your
account information (nickname and avatar) and basic personal information
(gender and date of birth). Use gender and date of birth to give you better
exercise advice.
2.2 Device
management
2.2.1 In
order to manage your smart devices (including watches, body fat scales, etc.),
we need to collect your device identifier (including MAC address), Device
serial number, device hardware
information, device usage information, basic system information and network
information. The purpose of collecting such information is to establish a
Bluetooth connection, manage device configuration, complete software upgrades,
display data sources, and count device activation.
2.2.2 After
connecting some smart devices, in order to provide more accurate data
monitoring, the gender, age, height, and weight entered in the "Haylou Fun"
application "My"> "Personal Information" will be
synchronized to the device (such as a watch, etc.) )
2.2.3 In
order to support your better use of the device, you can set the device,
including functions such as watch face, screen brightness, alarm clock, and
sedentary reminder. Your setting information is only stored on the device side
and will not be uploaded to the cloud.
2.2.4 Some
wearable devices support device payment and access card functions, and need to
access NFC to read card information, and open and manage bus cards and access
cards. Operator information, device hardware information, basic application
information, account information, device identifiers (including IMEI/MAC
address) and other information will be provided to the card issuer or service
provider authorized by the card issuer, user configuration and risk control,
and more For details, please refer to the service activation agreement of the
corresponding card issuer.
2.2.5 If
your wearable device supports the weather forecast function, we will send your
location information to the weather service provider, and the user will obtain
the weather information in your area and display it on the wearable device. You
can check it in the device management of this application at any time Turn off
the weather synchronization function to terminate the sharing.
2.2.6 Message
notification function: If you turn on the right to use notifications, when you
connect to your smart wearable device and turn on the watch to receive
notifications, we will collect the names of the list of installed applications,
and get your incoming calls, text messages, notifications, etc. Information and
other information related to the notification bar message, and need to obtain
the read notification permission, Bluetooth permission, and push the content of
the mobile phone notification bar to the smart wearable device you are
connected to via Bluetooth. Relevant operations are implemented locally on the
device, and are only for the notification function you need. Information will
not be stored, modified, uploaded or used for other purposes.
If you don't
want personal information communication smart devices, you can unbind them
through "My Device".
2.3 Data
management
2.3.1 In
order to manage your personal data and improve the accuracy of sports data, we
need to collect your personal data, including gender, date of birth, height,
weight, hobbies, etc. You can go to "My"> "Personal
Information" to fill in or modify. Failure to provide such information
will affect the accuracy of exercise data calculations, but it will not affect
your local use of personal data management functions.
2.3.2 Sports
data management
In order to
record, back up and manage your exercise data, we need to collect your location
information, exercise track, exercise type, exercise duration, steps, distance,
and calorie data. Sports types include running, cycling, walking, climbing,
etc. The purpose of collecting such information is to record and count your
daily exercise data and trajectory, and to provide you with a wealth of
exercise services.
If you do
not provide this information, you will not be able to provide cloud measurement
and storage of exercise data. When you uninstall the application or change your
phone, your exercise data will be lost, but this does not affect your local use
of the exercise data recording function.
2.3.3 Health
Data Management
In order to
manage your health data and display your related data, we need to collect your
sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, weight and other data. Heart rate data
includes exercise heart rate and daily heart rate. The purpose of collecting
such information is to measure, record, display and count health-related data
and provide you with a wealth of health services.
If you do
not provide this information, you will not be able to provide cloud storage of
health data. When you uninstall the application or change your phone, your
health data will be lost, but this does not affect your local use of the health
data recording function.
2.4 User
experience improvement service
When there
is a problem in the application, you can give us feedback through the
"experience feedback" interface. You need to enter your problem
description and contact information, and upload the system log (including the
device system log). The log may contain your personal information. In order for
us to solve the problem as soon as possible, we also need basic information
about the mobile phone system. The logs and contact information you upload are
only used to communicate and locate problems, and will be automatically deleted
after the data storage period expires. If you do not provide such information,
the developer may not be able to solve the problem you encountered, but this
will not affect your use of other functions of the service.
2.5
Advertising services
After
obtaining your consent, we will display personalised advertisements to you and
process the relevant information. In the process of presenting you with
personalised advertisements, we will ensure the security of personal
information.
The
following relevant information may be used to serve you with advertisements.

and usage information
When
displaying advertisements to you, we collect the following information: device
identifier (OAID), device information (device make, model), network information
(network connection status, IP information, Wi-Fi information), Haylou account
information.
l Advertising
interaction information
A record of
your interaction with the advertisements placed by the service, such as
exposure, clicks and other information.
l Device
location information
We collect
device location information (precise location based on GPS latitude and
longitude and coarse location based on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi hotspots) when
showing you an ad in order to provide you with geolocation-related ads. We do
not store the exact location of the device (GPS information).
You can
choose to turn off personalised recommendations by going to My > Settings
> Privacy Settings > Personalised recommendations. Turn off the
"Personalised recommendations" switch to disable the ad serving
feature.
If you
refuse or turn off the geolocation permission, we will not send you information
based on geolocation, but it will not affect your ability to use other features
that do not require this permission.
3. How
we retain your personal data
3.1 The retention period of the personal data we collect
is the minimum amount of time required to achieve the purposes of collection
stated in this Privacy Notice, unless otherwise required by laws or
regulations.

the said products or services, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
4. How
will wedisclose your personal data
We may, from time to time,
share and transfer some personal data with our associated companies and the
strategic partners that work with us to provide products and services, in order
to provide the products or services you request.
1.
Affiliates: In
order to provide you with services based on your HAYLOU account, we may share
your personal data with our affiliates. We will only share personal data that
is necessary. If we or our affiliates change the use and processing purpose
of personal data, we will ask for your authorization again.
2.
Sharing with Authorized
Partners: Some
of our services will be provided by our authorized partners solely for the
purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. We may share some of your personal data
with our partners to provide services and to improve user experience. To be
specific:

We may need to share your
personal data with our providers(including but not limited to cloud service
providers, SMS or other technical service providers, etc.) in order to perform
the necessary product or service functions.
b)
In some cases, we will
entrust a third party to process your personal data on our behalf. For example,
companies that send text messages or emails and provide technical support on
behalf of us. These companies can use your personal data solely to provide
services to you on our behalf.

Purchasers
and third parties in connection with a business transaction: When we

We have no control over the privacy and data security

Sharing Data
Currently, Haylou Fun
allows.
1. you to synchronise your
data with Google Fit (Android). If you choose to activate this feature, some of
your personal data (steps) stored in the app will be automatically sent and
integrated into your Google Fit account (Android) to be displayed there. You
can stop Haylou Fun personal data being automatically updated to your Google
Fit account (Android) at any time by deactivating this function via the
following path: "My" > "Settings" > " Third
party services" > " Google Fit (Android)".
2. You synchronise your
data with Health Kit (iOS). If you choose to activate this function, some of
your personal data stored in the app (steps, active energy, height, weight,
heart rate) will be automatically sent and integrated into your HealthKit (iOS)
to be displayed there, after you have given your authorised consent. You can
stop the automatic update of Haylou Fun personal data to your HealthKit account
(iOS) at any time by turning this function off via the following path:
"My" > "Settings" > "Third party services "
> " Health (iOS) ".
We do not collect and store
any data from your HealthKit in any form or sell it to advertising or other
operating agencies.
Personal information
When you sync through HealthKit, you may be asked to
authorise whether or not to sync. This information is managed by iOS and the
App does not store health data in any form, nor does it collect and store your
personal health data in any form.
Data from Haylou Fun that
is synced on Google Fit (Android) or Health (iOS) should not be visible to
other connected apps. Please note that we do not receive any data from Google
Fit (Android) or HeathKit (iOS). As a result, Haylou Fun cannot access, use,
store, share or in any other way process any data from your Google (Android)
profile and we have no control over Google Fit (Android) or HealthKit (iOS)
after the data has been synced on Google Fit (Android) or HealthKit (iOS). ) or
HealthKit (iOS) over how your personal information is processed. Read their
privacy policy for more information.
6.How will
we protect your personal data
We value the
security of personal data. We adopt industry standard practices to protect your
personal data and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification,

comply with those laws. If you want to exercise data access rights, please give
us feedback via email. To ensure safety, you may need to provide a written
request.
Deletion of personal data: You can log out of your account (Me>Settings>Account and
Security>Delete Account) or feedback to us via your email address. For
security reasons, you may be required to provide a written request.
Deletion and Amendment of Personal Data: You also have the right to delete or amend any
personal information we hold about you. You can delete all your personal data
by logging out of your account (Me > Settings > Account and Security >
Log Out) or by contacting us at the email address disclosed in our Privacy
Policy. We will delete or modify such information upon your request. We will
refuse to process requests if we have reasonable grounds to believe that such
requests are deceptive, unenforceable, or if access rights are not mandated by
local law.
Right to close your account: You have the right to close your
account, which can be done via accessing “Me>Settings>Account and
Security.” After logging out, your personal information will be deleted or
anonymized no later than 15 days from the date of your deletion request.
Right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to the
use of your personal information. For each business function that requires

information you authorize us to collect or withdraw your authorization by
deleting the information, turning off the device permission settings, changing
the relevant product features or function settings page, or canceling your
account.

Policy. We will respond within 15 working days of receiving your complaint. If
you are not satisfied with our response, especially if our personal information
processing behavior has damaged your legitimate rights and interests, you can

8. How
we handle children's personal data
Our products
and services are mainly for adults. Without the consent of their parents or
